Does BWP Sales have a return policy?

BWP offers a full 30 day, no hassle return policy with a receipt. If you have lost your receipt, you may return your item for in store credit within 30 days. If you would like to inspect an item before purchase, please speak with an sales associate and they can assist you.

How often do you get new product?

We get new product daily! You never know what you might find, and each visit to BWP Sales offers new and exciting products!

Do you have a loyalty rewards program?

We do! Provide your name and phone number, and you will receive 1 star for every $10 you spend. Earn 10 stars and you can use these to receive $5 off your purchase.

What if I find an item cheaper from a major retailer?

Please let an associate know right away! We do everything in our power to provide the absolute best deals, but occasionally our pricing software make a mistake, and we are not the lowest price. We will reprice an item in store to beat any major retailers, regular price on the spot.

Can I have buy an item at one store and have it transferred to another closer to me?

Absolutely! Please let us know what store you would like to have your item transferred to, and we will have to your store of choice within 3 to 5 business days (most of the time sooner). We will then let you know when your item is ready for pickup.

Are your items new?

Most of our items are brand new but may have signs of shelf wear or box damage. If an item has more extensive damage, we will include pictures of the item and damage. If you have any questions regarding an item, please reach out to our stores, and we would love to help you!
